Data access and authorizations are provided on a need-to-know basis, and based on the principle of least privilege. Gong customers may configure a data retention duration. Customer data is purged from Gong systems subsequent to contract termination.

Gong gives you the tools you need to meet your privacy obligations. These include redaction, exclusion lists, and deletion methods.
